Hello! I'm Lindsey Cormier. I'm a 26 year old self-representing artist living in New Hampshire, USA.

I started drawing when I was very young, about 2 years old, and my favorite thing to draw was always fantasy art. I drew mermaids, fairies and unicorns everywhere.

Although I loved to draw I was not as good as other children my age. I remember being jealous of a kid in first grade because the teacher said he had "photographic memory." Well, I never developed a photographic memory but I did get better with a lot of practice and self-teaching. I also took a couple of classes in highschool and college but for the most part, I learned on my own. In my opinion art is not about talent, it is about perseverence.

I started showing my art online in the late 1990s, when I was around 15 years old. I had a gallery at Elfwood and Deviantart. I enjoyed the feedback I got and I have been posting my art online ever since. In 2003, I started selling my art on ebay and now my work resides in homes across the United States and other countries. My art has been published in Imagine FX magazine and the book Big Eye Art: Resurrected and Transformed.

I create art in many different styles. I find it hard to stick to one style when I love so many different kinds of art!

When I am not painting I like to read, watch tv, play with my cats, play videogames and hang out with friends and family.
